Introduction

1. Dhanurasana: Dhanurasana is a yoga asana in which the bow is practiced by bending the legs backwards while lying on the stomach. This strengthens the muscles of the waist, back and legs.

2. Paschimottasana: Paschimottasana is a yoga asana in which the practice of bending the legs forward is done while sitting. With this, the muscles of the back, waist and legs are joined by the moon.

3. Padmasana: Padmasana is a yoga posture in which sitting and keeping the legs upwards is practiced by connecting them together. This increases the ability to meditate and gives flexibility to the muscles.

4. Sarvangasana: Sarvangasana is a yoga posture in which the body is made to rest by bending under the head. This increases the efficiency of the whole body and improves the body's defense.

5. Urstasana: Urstasana is a yoga asana in which the practice of bending the body backwards by joining the hands behind the head is done. This strengthens the muscles of the waist, back and legs.

6. Halasan: Halasan is a yoga asana in which the legs are raised towards the head and rested. This benefits the muscles of the neck, waist and abdomen.




7. Bhujangasana: Bhujangasana is a yoga posture in which breathing is practiced by raising the body while sitting till thirty-six. This prevents vibration and benefits the back and abdominal muscles.

8. Matsyasana: Matsyasana is Yogasana in which bending the back and keeping the head under the legs is practiced. This can make the heart strong.

9. Trikonasana: Trikonasana is a Yogasana in which the body is practiced to bring the body in the shape of a triangle by bending the hands like a big thigh. This benefits the muscles of the waist, back, legs and shoulders.
